Cemar Clay Products was founded Los Angeles, California by former Bauer Pottery employees Cliff J. Malone and Paul Cauldwell. The pottery operated between 1935 and 1955. Cemar's products included giftware, tableware, and garden pottery. Many of the designs, including the vegetable and fruit designs, were created by potter Fred Kaye. Cemar was bought by Bauer Pottery in the mid-1950s and Bauer reused a number of the molds formerly used by Cemar.

Cancellations
- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason
- Please notify us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges and restocking fees
- Once shipping has been initiated, the cancellation will be considered a return
Returns
- All sales are final 48 hours after receiving your purchase (Except Local Pickup — see below)

- For approved returns, you are responsible for the full cost of return packing & shipping plus applicable taxes
