Vintage 1960s Sarreid Spain Brass and Copper Trunk or Low Chest of Drawers
Early production 1960's Sarreid brass and copper trunk or low chest of drawers. Completely clad in brass with individual copper nails creating an industrial riveted appearance. Two solid hardwood drawers with dovetail construction. Chest sits on turned walnut bun feet finished in a dark stain. Stunning aged brass and copper patina gives off a metallic golden red reflection. Original hand hammered brass pulls in front and sides. An exceptional artisan piece with functionality.

Damage or Points of Notice: Overall excellent vintage condition appropriate with age and use. Natural aged patina which gives this piece a reddish gold tone. Can be polished to a mirror finish if desired. No damage to brass ware. Very minor scratches on top and side. A few nails missing on back.
