Vintage Large Pottery Planter of Donkeys Pulling a Cart
Vintage large hand-painted pottery planter shaped like 2 donkeys pulling a cart. In the style of Italian pottery. No maker's marks, however we believe this may have been made in Japan for Enesco in the mid 20th Century.
It is unusual to find a planter like this one - one that has 2 donkeys and is this large.

Damage or Points of Notice: Overall very good vintage condition appropriate with age and use. A chip to donkey's ear and some crazing. As this planter was once used, there is a water/soil ring along the inside of the planter. The signs of use and age add a lot of character to this large vintage piece.
