A fine original nautical painting by notable artist Werner Neudorff. This oil on canvas board is of the famed 17th century ship "The Lighting". Stunning details to the ship's masts, sails, rope lines and cow's nests. Soft ocean swells push the ship towards a red dusk sky as the sun sets beyond the horizon. Wonderful shadowing and use of light.
Werner Neudorff was commissioned to paint portraits of First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy & Mrs. Jack Warner of Warner Brothers. Werner Neudorff was considered "One of the country's great marine painters".

Cancellations
