Antique F. Legrand & Co Limoges porcelain salad plates decorated by GD & Cie circa 1883-1893. Lovely green trim and blue floral design. Set includes 11 plates.
F. Legrand & Co produced porcelain tableware from 1865-1949, the mark showing a star encompassed by two half-moons was utilized between 1870 and 1949. GD & Cie (Gustave Demartial or Demartine & Co) was in business from 1883-1893. Porcelain marked "Avenir" was decorated by G. Demartine's own artists.

Damage or Points of Notice: Excellent antique condition appropriate with age and very light use. As often seen with antique porcelain items, a natural kiln deposit may be periodically present (natural). There is one plate with small chip along rim and another with small chip along underside of rim (please see photos). No other imperfections noted.

Cancellations
