Vintage Hall China for Montgomery Wards stoneware pitcher with a striking blue glaze. In the 1930s refrigerators were becoming more common and Hall developed 'refrigerator-ware'. Items like this pitcher were promotional items that either came with an appliance or were offered as accessories to be purchased later.
