Vintage satiric Robert Nippress oil on canvas "Blackburn's Traveling Menagerie". Charming subject with four ladies and Blackburn's muscle man. While the two younger ladies ogle at the man's natural physique, the two elders display a horrid reaction. The facial expressions and period costumes are priceless.
Robert Nippress imitated the works of 18th Century artists and added subtle humor to many of his paintings. He favored street scenes involving beggars, vice and casually clothed women. He also created colorful paintings of slapstick comedy scenes involving kids, the elderly and chaos.

Cancellations
- Prior to shipping, local pickup or delivery, buyers may cancel an order for any reason
- Please notify us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges and restocking fees
- Once shipping or pickup has been initiated, the cancellation will be considered a return
Returns
- All sales are final 48 hours after receiving your purchase (Except Local Pickup and Freight/Curbside Delivery — see below)

- For approved returns, you are responsible for the full cost of return packing & shipping plus applicable taxes
